Where are you now?
Description: Where would you like to be, and how are you going to get there?
Everyone asks themselves these questions at different times in their lives, usually at some kind of ‘crossroads’, especially when we are looking for a different future. This session is about unlocking your potential, looking at what you have already accomplished, and what you would like to achieve.
30 JANUARY 2020: Focus 2
Time & stress management
Description: Headless chicken, manic panic and burnout - time to reduce exhaustion levels.
This session takes a realistic look at the pressures of our day-to-day lives and the effects they can have. It will give you insight to understand and recognise the different levels of stress, plus coping strategies for avoiding unrealistic expectations, gaining control and balance in your work/life.
Learn some practical ways to prioritise, improve your efficiency to reduce stress.
6 FEBRUARY 2020: Focus 3
Decision Making & Building Confidence
Description: Do you base your decisions on fear of failure, or fear of success?
Who makes the decisions in your life? This session is about developing strategies for better decision-making, how we make decisions and why we need to take responsibility for our actions. Overcome the fear of getting it wrong, with exercises and the tools for better decision-making. We explore techniques that will improve your assertiveness, self-esteem and confidence.
If you always say ‘yes’ when you want to say ‘no’, this session is for you.
13 FEBRUARY 2020: Focus 4
Coping with Change & Action Planning
Description: Change is inevitable but why do we still find it incredibly difficult and unsettling.
Some people love change and make changes in their lives often. Others dread change and agonise through it but most of us are somewhere in the middle, enjoying a certain amount of change, but not too much.
This session helps you to realise that just as it is an inevitable part of our personal life, you must be ready for the inevitable changes and challenges in the business world, assisting you in a progression to achieve your goals.
What we ask from you
As we are a funded project we ask that when you sign up for our training sessions, you agree to complete 12 hours of training.
