Each location is headed up by a Programme Director and supported by a team of Enterprise Advisors, marketers and administrators. We give our teams a high level of autonomy, which helps them to draw on in-house expertise for a tailored user experience – all staff members are recruited locally, enabling each programme to benefit from the team’s accumulated local knowledge and networks.
We also hire people who represent the diverse range of groups we work with, helping us to create better relationships with the people we serve.
